Refund Policy
Returns only accepted for:
Books that arrive significantly damaged (e.g. torn cover, missing pages, severe water damage caused during shipping).
Wrong item or wrong edition shipped due to our error.
No returns or refunds for:
Change of mine, buyer's remorse, or "no longer wanted / needed."
Minor cosmetic flaws typical of hand-packed items (light corner dings from shipping, etc.
Any book that has been marked, written in, or shows signs of use.
Personalized, signed, or dedicated copies (these are considered custom / final sale).
Any reason not listed in Section 1.
Time Limit:
You must notify us by email within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days will not be honored.
Process:
Email us at admin@roningrey.com with your order number, clear photos of any damage or error, and your original shipping notice.
If the item qualifies, return instructions will be provided.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and risk of loss during return transit (we recommend tracked, insured shipping).
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the strict conditions above.
Refunds or replacements:
If approved, we will either replace the book (when stock is available) or issue a refund of the book price only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Processing may take up to 14 business days.
All sales are otherwise final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
